For many years, Joshua worked as a Director in a licensed Therapeutic Healthcare facility providing care for as risk youth. His mother, Fannie, meanwhile, was a nurse in a senior living community.

While in the hospital environment, Fannie watched many of her patients, especially seniors, leave the facility to return home. They, however, do not return to good health. Once they were back in their house, his former patients were unable to do simple tasks by themselves. He knew, however, that most of them could lead healthy, happy lives once again with a little help.

After doing his research about the industry, Joshua learned there were very few companies that offer the kind of help that seniors badly need. He then discussed this with his mother. Subsequently, they talked to families to better understand the different challenges they faced and the kind of care they prefer for their elderly loved ones.

After he has gained enough information, Joshua decided to put his plan of establishing a home care business into action. Today, the company he started with his mother serves the needs of clients in Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and its nearby areas.
